We headed to another of Jacob's middle school games, this time a home game with a rabid, sell out crowd.

It was time to dust off one of the Mustangs' special plays, the old Offensive Guard "Block and Go" pass play.
Remember that in flag football, all eight offensive players are eligible to catch a pass.

Next Monday at 4:00 p.m., at Las Colinas is the BIG GAME against the Mustangs' longtime crosstown rivals, the Monte Vista Toros.

Moving away from football, the National League Wildcard Playoffs started on Tuesday with a best two out of three format.
The #3 seeded Los Angeles Dodgers were hosting the #6 seeded Cincinnati Reds for all three games if necessary.

The long suffering Dodgers' bullpen came through with flying colors, giving up only three runs in the eighth inning.
Dodgers Sweep the Series
The eighth inning was problematic again for the Los Angeles bullpen as they gave up two runs on a staggering amount of pitches and several walks.

take on the #2 seeded Phillies in
Philadelphia on Saturday in
