A Special Day

Friday, 3 April, 2020

Today was a very special day.

How special was it?

It was . . .

. . . our . . .

. . . son . . .

. . . Michael's . . .

 . . . 44th Birthday!

How is possible that Mike is 44 years old?

As his Grandfather Jorge used to say, he is indeed a Bicentennial Baby.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY MIKE!

Today was also Day XXVI of the Great Italian Lockdown and 31 days since our last Varese Skorpions practice.

The two boys who live in the
apartment next to The Bunker
left their sword and bow out

Danger lurks everywhere!

Speaking of danger, I took Milano Seamen Head Coach Michael Wood's advice and walked to the bakery today to buy my bread.

Exercise was a good thing as I got in about a mile and a half walk after days on The Bunker couch.

This padlocked door is in our
Bunker Complex's inner courtyard

I'd never noticed it before.

This outfit is on
sale at the pharmacy

I think that I'd look terrific in one.

What do you think?

Another reminder about our
recent extension of the ban on
American football until
at least April 13

DAMN!

Will April 13th really be FIDAF's Decision Day?

Or just another extension?

How did 44 years go by so quickly?
