Travel Day From Maui to Long Beach

We were all up fairly early today to tidy up the condo before all four of us flew home this morning from Maui's Kahului Airport.

Mark and Susie were heading back to Seattle while Laurie and I heading to Long Beach Airport, not LAX, our usual entry point.

The reason for our unusual route was that in my frenzy to get a great deal on our vacation travel, which we did, I failed to note that the least expensive Hawaiian Airlines flight home from Maui was not to LAX.

Live and learn.

We were fortunate that our friends Koreen and Brian FitzGerald graciously offered to pick us up at 8:00 p.m. for the ride home to Camarillo. At that time of night there was minimal traffic on the freeways and they deposited us at Casa Contreras at about 9:20 p.m.

known about it, I would have made a visit

Thanks to TSA Pre-Check, we cleared Security in less than two minutes.

On time and a smooth

Some times travel can be easy.

To recap, somehow at the beginning of this season, the Falcons' white game jerseys were either lost or stolen. No one knows for sure.

Agoura H.S. to the rescue with these sharp Under Armour jerseys that they donated to the EuroBall cause about a month ago.

They may clash a bit with the rest of the Falcons silver and maroon uniforms, c'est la vie.

Some things never change.

Italian DII Standings

It's still early, but having the surprising Trento Thunders and Monza Demons leading the two DII Groups is refreshing.

Italian DII - Groups A & B

Group A is still anybody's guess, while Group B is looking up to the Bari Navy Seals.

Italian DIII - Groups C & D

Is there an chance that Group C will get to play any games this year?

Two Group D clubs also have still not played a contest in 2026.

Italian III - Groups E & F

The Trieste Muli look like a solid bet in Group E.

Group F is still wide open in my opinion.

my things better organized
