An Engaging Musical Review at Mary's School

Friday, March 27, 2026

We gathered at Mary's elementary school this morning for a fun musical review entitled "Music Is Your Name," showcasing the singing and dancing skill of all of the school's fifth grade students.

It started with smiles all around
with Mary on the top row, far right

Mary had a speaking role . . .

. . . as a Parent

As with most of the children, Mary spent most of the review singing as part of the class choir, great fun!

"Everybody make a funny face!"

So Mary did.

It is great to see Music Programs still in the school curriculum.

Mary's Spring School Photo
arrived today

It was truly her day today, so we
celebrated with McDonald's to go

Today, we also received several photos from the Camarillo Cosmos Track and Field program's recent official photo shoot.

My low-carb dinner tonight

Laurie made her delicious version of In-N-Out's Flying Dutchman for me.

Each one was made of two patties of a mix of hamburger and sausage meat, two slices of American cheese. Then, the Pièce de Résistance, instead of bread, two slices of onions grilled in an ocean of parmesan cheese to crispy perfection served as the buns.

Absolutely FANTASTIC!

What a GREAT time to be alive!

Croatia has always sounded like
a great spot for a vacation to me

We stopped in Dubrovnik for a short day on our first cruise to Europe years ago and liked it but I've heard that there is much more to see and enjoy in the Adriatic Sea country.

Does anybody have any insights into this interesting nation known as The Pearl of the Adriatic?
