A fun day spent with friends enjoying the wonderful beach city of Ventura.
We joined Sharon and Richard Bellman for the drive up to Winchesters Grill & Saloon to enjoy the music of retired Rio Mesa H.S. colleague, Karen Pecht.
"Karyn 805" is her stage name
Now a 15 year cancer survivor, Karen is simply a music dynamo today and great fun to listen to and enjoy.

Karen gave us her typical great show again today. We were all blessed by her songs.
After her performance, we joined the Bellmans for dinner at a new spot for us.

I opted for their cochinita pibil tacos, all three were excellent!
Rumfish y Vino was a fun, happening place, we'll be back again soon.

As expected, with nothing on the line in this make up game, the playoff bound Reds rested before next week's Semifinal playoff game in Madrid against the Las Rozas Black Demons (7-1).
The Firebats finished out of the playoffs, no change there, in third place in the final Eastern Conference standings.
