He was steady, hard working and a baseball lifer who played Second Base for the Boys in Blue back in the day.

It was Harold's House of Omelettes that I first discovered in 1970 as a first year teacher/coach at Thousand Oaks H.S.
Not sure when Bo took it over but the chorizo omelette was still a great choice today.
The reason that I was in Thousand Oaks today was Laurie's latest trip to our dentist, this time for a three hour procedure.
After my omelette, I still had a lot of time to kill.
So, I stopped at the Thousand Oaks

Well, it is the Conejo (Rabbit) Valley after all.
Laurie's procedure went well but it was a tad painful. Thus, she opted to spend the rest of the afternoon at home in bed.
Jacob had called me on Wednesday about doing a museum visit so, once Laurie was safely ensconced in bed, the two of us headed to Simi Valley.

We ended our visit to the Cowboys Special Exhibit and then entered the ongoing, seemingly never changing President Reagan exhibits.
