Adding Ruby's Mexican Restaurant's tri-tip soft taco to the mix this week was sheer genius.
The GCYFL Playoffs reach the
Finals stage in style
The GCYFL Championship games in all six of their divisions (Mighty Mite, Bantam, Freshmen, Sophomore, Junior and Senior) will be played in succession this coming Friday starting at 8:00 a.m.
The games are being played on Friday instead of the usual Saturdays because it is a National Holiday as we celebrate Veterans/Armistice Day.
The venue for this Championship Day is an added bonus that will create even more special memories for all involved.
The games will be played at SoFi Stadium, the home of the NFL's Los Angeles Rams and Los Angeles Chargers.

This week's second CFP rankings
showed no changes in the Top Five
A #5 Huskies (9-0) win in Seattle over
#17 Utah (7-2) might move the UW into
the Top Four leading to a playoff spot
At least nine I think,

After the Utah game, Washington plays at #12 Oregon State (7-2) and then home against Washington State in the Apple Cup (4-5).
If everything goes right, a possible rematch in Las Vegas' Allegiant Stadium in the PAC-12 Championship Game vs. #6 Oregon (8-1) is a real possibility. That is if the Ducks also take care of their business vs. USC (7-3), at Arizona State (2-7) and vs. #12 Oregon State (7-2) in their annual Civil War clash.
There are lots of possibilities in these last four weekends of the regular season to be sure.

The projected, intriguing match-up at the moment according to CBS Sports is a #15 Oklahoma State vs. #20 Notre Dame bowl game.
I'm sure that as youngsters, many of the current Cowboys and Fighting Irish players dreamed of someday wearing Pop Tart Bowl Championship rings.
Maybe not.
