Mon.-Thurs., April 21-24, 2025
Most of this week has been devoted to a series of trips for both of us to various local doctors, mostly medical, and to a witch doctor in El Rio as well, for yearly check-ups, adjustments and overhauls.
Mind you, nothing serious was found but time continues to have its way with us and thusly routine maintenances are a must!
Sad news on Monday, Pope Francis died
A good man with empathy and a voice of reason in these troubled times.
Taco Tuesday required a

After Thursday mornings visit to
Laurie's Radiologist in Oxnard, we

Next Sunday is a BIG one
for the Gijón Mariners Senior
Flag Football team
This will be the last and only game of the 2025 Liga Norte Open Mixta flag football game played this weekend.
The stakes are high as both teams enter the game with identical 7-1 records. The winner will claim the regular season Liga Co-Championship with the Gijón Norteños (8-1), the loser will finish in third place.
Go Mariners GO!
