Today's schedule
Before practice and, really everyday, should start with a nutritious breakfast. Thus, I set out early in search of another solid meal.

show that is CDMX
I love cities that boast of organized chaos and Mexico City definitely qualifies.
EUREKA!
I found just the right spot!
Now, THAT"S a proper breakfast!
All for only $2 USD too.
Now it was on to the morning practice.

Our Mexican contingent
These ladies have been invaluable to our team's efforts. We were a little low on numbers when we left Europe and these ladies have been a great asset to us as they filled out our roster.
OL Marisol Samperio and
Daniela Prudente
By the way, Marisol is Daniela's Mother.
Great t-shirt worn by
OL Varena Menzel
After a solid morning tune-up, the coaching staff opted to do more research on the local cuisine.
Mariscos was the call today
Lots of mariscos as it turned out
In a show of staff unity we all shared these delicious seafood specialties.
One-on-Ones in the afternoon
We had a lengthy scrimmage
tonight which showed a lot of promise
After practice, we handed out the game jerseys and other swag to the team.

This team truly have made every day so far a BEAUTIFUL day for American football for me!
Meanwhile, back in Varese, Italy . . .
Our Varese Skorpion U16 team finished
with a perfect 6-0 record!
Nows it's on to the playoffs for them, CONGRATULATIONS!
As for our 0-6 U19 team,
