Recuperation Wednesday

Wednesday, 8 April, 2015:

Not much to report today as we spent most of it at La Hacienda recuperating from the food orgy that was Tuesday's El Bando de la Huerta.

Thus it was a reading for pleasure and continued video review of the Reus Imperials, the Cobras opponent this coming Sunday, kind of day.

In the evening, we had our usual two practices, 6:30-8:30 for the Juniors and 9:00-11:00 for the Seniors.

The Juniors are scheduled to play their last game of the season this Saturday at Cehegin at a time yet to be determined. It will be nice to finally end my two-a-day practices after coaching both teams the last four months.

Both teams had good workouts tonight. The attitude of the Cobras at practice and their willingness to learn have made this season a delight!

Here are some photos from tonight's Junior practice. We only had ten Juniors in attendance but we could still work vs. air as the Juniors play nine-man football.

In nine-man football you play offense without tackles while on defense we usually face one of two looks, either a 3-3-3 or a 4-2-3.
