After the disappointment of finding out that the Carlshamn Oakleaves were not coming to town today for our scheduled Inside Run Scrimmage, we instead scheduled a rare Saturday practice from noon to 2:45 p.m.

It would again be indoors but at a new and bigger sight, the T4 Hallen gym.

Shoes off, please.

This was the first time that I've been in a Northern Hemisphere gym where everyone had to take their shoes off before entering.

It was OK to then change into your sneakers.

MUCH bigger than our normal indoor practice facility, it gave us a chance to really work on our passing game for the first time.

We had about 30 players at practice, the best practice so far this season!

If we can continue to practice at this level of intensity and learning, we WILL be a force to be reckoned with when the season starts in May!

After practice, I was invited to the home of offensive guard Lucas Grip for dinner, I was PUMPED!

Lucas only lives about a mile from Icelandia so I decided to walk. Exercise, I'm ALWAYS about exercise!

The FASCINATING Jessica

Jessica came to the gathering with defensive lineman Simon Viklund.

She is a GREAT young lady who was a lot of fun to meet!

On Tuesday we practice again, it should be incredible!
