One More Murcia Sunday Flea Market

Sunday, 24 May, 2015:

Our alarm rang loud and
clear early this morning!

As this would be our last Sunday in Murcia, we wanted to get an early start to walk the two miles to the weekly Flea Market that is held by the River Segura every Sunday morning.

Again, we saw some interesting things along the way . . .

Voters queueing up to make
a difference in Spain today

 Kayakers on the Rio Segura

That was a first for us.

Climbing the rocks
at the end of the workout

Laurie bought two more
sterling silver forks

While I bought a whole bunch of
old Spanish paper pesetas

Do you think that the Commies
have a chance today in the elections?

Once back into the safety of La Hacienda, we returned to packing for the trip home. Mostly, we just continued trying to decide what not to bring home.
