Quarantine Tuesday

Tuesday, 25 February, 2020

Today marked . . .

. . . of my living in Italy during
the 2020 Skorpion season

That means that a full 25% of my 180 day
stay in Europe has already happened

Meanwhile in Lombardia . . .

The masks were out in Milano's
Piazza Duomo

As recommended by the local health officials, I opted to stay home today and not have contact with potential infectious individuals.

Thus, I watched . . .

. . . three great episodes of this
old Sherlock Holmes TV series
via the internet and . . .

. . . the usual two Father Brown episodes
on one of our local TV stations

And if that wasn't enough to keep me occupied . . .

Reading Is FUNdamental!

An interesting yarn from times
long, long ago in what is now the U.K.

Trying to keep four characters straight with the names Æthelflaed, Æthelred, Æthelstan and Ælfwynn proved a bit harrowing not to mention two more key players in this period novel both named Uhtred.

Still, it was both interesting and better than contracting the Coronavirus.
