Wednesday, 14 January, 2015:
As is usual after a Travel Tuesday, today was spent mostly in La Hacienda recharging my batteries.
Still, as the Cobras' first game is only ten days away, it was a good day to work on some football related details.
Painting the Game Hammers
It was a warm, sunny day perfect for painting the first two Cobra Game Hammers of the season in the park across the street.
At the conclusion of each game, the Cobra who best displayed the necessary ingredients of toughness and fighting spirit that day will take home the coveted Game Hammer.
Much of the day was also taken up by putting the finishing touches on the Cobras' blocking schemes for the day.
Roquefort Cheese on STEROIDS!!!
I love it but its sale should really be regulated by Spain's Atomic Energy Commission.
Instead, I was able to buy it at our local Carrefour Supermarket.
In the evening, it was time for another round of Cobra practices starting with the Junior team on the Guadalupe AstroDirt field.
But first, I decided to catch the early tram to practice and check out the new looking La Noria Outlet Mall near the Junior's practice facility.

They had a Nike Store
This immaculate mall was small by Camarillo Outlet Mall standards but it had some very nice stores with good prices from what I saw.
No, I did not buy anything this time.
The Junior practice was, as unfortunately usual, low in numbers. The good thing is that the players in attendance gave us great effort as they always seem to do.
We had a very good Senior practice at the University of Murcia's pristine stadium tonight. The emphasis was on the running game and I was quite pleased with the results.
Mini-Q for King!!!
After practice, our defensive spark-plug of a player, codenamed Mini-Q, gave me this awesome heater for La Hacienda. As I sit and write this blogpost, I am basking in its warmth as it warms the entire flat quickly.
España, WHAT A COUNTRY!!!
