In the evening, it was on to the Murcian suburb of Guadalupe for our back-to-back Junior and Senior practices on the AstroDirt field.
First, the Juniors from 6:30 to 8:30 . . .
Junior Head Coach Tanque Gil decided to use the first part of practice for some heavy duty, old school conditioning drills.

Our Senior practice from 9:00 to 11:00 was rocking until the person in charge of the lights turned them off at 10:07!
