The World is a Better Place to Live Today!

Laurie Contreras arriving at
Catania's Fontanarossa Airport

Thank you British Airways, Laurie AND her luggage both arrived safe, sound and on time!

Mangia, Mangia, Mangia...

Laurie appeared to enjoy her specially crafted "Pasta alla Cubana" and even correctly guessed the secret ingredient.  All is good again in Sicily.

Good walk-through practice tonight, we fly to Forli at 6:50 a.m., take a recliner bus to Ancona and kick the season off at 1:00 p.m. against the Dolphins.

Laurie and I are going to stay up north after the game and spend a couple of days in the Umbria region, Assisi and Perugia specifically, to get to know each other again.

Laurie says:  In the future, I am being allowed to comment on the blog.  George's dinner was excellent AND he did the dishes!!!
