After arriving home today in the wee hours of the morning after last night's game, today became a big recovery day for me.
I actually missed a large
portion of the morning
Sleep was needed, I only went out for my daily café con leche plus a tostada de aceite y tomate, delicious by the way.
I was surprised to find that my face was quite wind burned this morning, I had not noticed much wind at the game last night.
The bulk of today was spent going over the Black Demons game video on HUDL.
As expected, we showed improvement in lots of areas but also found new things that need to be addressed. Fortunately, these were not personnel issues as much as they were fixable technique errors.
We did play better than in Game 1 vs. Coslada two weeks ago but there is still much room for improvement.
The final Serie A game of the weekend, an Eastern Conference affair, was played today in Barcelona.
The Badalona Dracs (2-1) with a
closer game than I expected against
the Barcelona Pagesos (0-2)
With Week 3 of the Spanish Serie A season now complete, let's see how the dust settled.

News of other American football leagues in Europe starting to stir was announced this weekend.
Poland's DI will operate with
15 teams this season
It looks like six clubs from the countries
of Croatia and Bosnia-Herzegovina
will be playing in a flag football league
Awesome thought!
More, much more, for true serenity
Final thought, the road to success is a long one for our beloved Mariners but it will be worth the toil and travel in the end.
