Two Middle School Soccer Games on a Taco Tuesday

Tuesday, March 19, 2024
What a GLORIOUS day for tacos and soccer!

Two crispy beef tacos at Ruby's
hit the spot again this week

Laurie had her usual fish soft taco to satisfy her hunger.

We needed this extremely rich form of nutrition to get us through another afternoon of soccer in both Las Vegas and Camarillo.

We got the great news that grandson
Kevin (#4) got to play more than half of his
middle school's opening game in Las Vegas

Kevin in the distance during
his school's dominant win

Kevin's Canarelli Middle School Colts (1-0) had no trouble with the Brinley Middle School Bruins winning 11-1.

In Camarillo, Jacob's Las Colinas Middle
School Mustangs were back on the pitch

Jacob had limited playing time
today but gave great effort at all times

The Mustangs (2-1) won a tough match against Ventura's Cabrillo Middle School Mariners.

Tied 0-0 at the Halftime break, Las Colinas scored twice early in the Second Half to win 2-0.

It was a good day on many levels.
